Apart from the invitation which sets the theme for your big day, there are a whole range of other items which can be customised to tie in with that theme…..
Orders of Service
Why not let the theme for your day run through every aspect of your wedding and, if you are having a church wedding, have your orders of service customised to fit in too. With either a card outer and 4 or 8 inner paper pages or an all-paper version, there is an option to suit every budget. Or for a civil ceremony these are just as useful too.

Order of the Day Fans
Ideal for a summer wedding, or indeed all year round, as something a little different to impress your guests.

Table Plans
A table plan is placed at the entrance or just outside the dining room and shows your guests where they are sitting, if you have opted for a formal sit-down meal. This plan of course will also be customised to fit in with your theme. We can either produce a fully printed table plan (A1 or A2 recommended) or individual panels ready for you to attach to your own board or mirror.

Table Numbers and Place Cards
To accompany the table plan each table will need a table number (or name if you have decided to name your tables) in the centre of each table and place cards for each guest. Again, these place cards will tie in with your theme and can either be produced as traditional folded tent style cards, long bookmark style cards with a ribbon at the top to tie around the napkin or cutlery, a flat printed vellum panel or even a skeleton leaf with the name printed on vellum or paper and tied together with raffia.

Menus
You may want to advise your guests of the menu if it is just one set meal for all guests. One menu in the centre of each table would be fine. If the guests had an option of choosing a meal when they RSVPd, then their individual meal choice can be printed on the reverse of the place cards, just in case they have forgotten (I know I always do!).

Wedding Post Boxes or Bird Cages
These are becoming more and more popular nowadays so that guests have somewhere to deposit their wedding cards. As more couples tend to request vouchers or money as a wedding gift, a post box or bird cage ensures that no cards are just left laying around and they are all securely held in one place. The post box or bird cage sign will be customised to fit in with your theme and can include the bride and groom’s name and date of marriage as well as a little note such as “Thank you for your generous gifts and good wishes. Please deposit cards in this box”.
Guest Books
For your guests to make some memorable comments about your special day – a guest book can be fully customised to tie in with your theme.

Signage
It is becoming increasingly popular for couples to have signs around the venue advising guests of different aspects of the day such as: Welcome sign, (roller banners or A1 boards are popular for this), Order of the Day advising what is happening at what time, Open Bar sign, No photos to go on social media until the happy couple have posted photos first, signs to accompany a Sweet cart, Guest book or Flip Flop crate for example – the list goes on. We now offer fabric banners too!
Thank You Cards
After the big day is over a thank you card is essential to let your guests know how appreciative you are of their kind gifts and of course their presence on your special day. These cards can include a photograph of the bride and groom on the front of the card if desired. The insert can be left blank for you to handwrite your thank you note, or we can print these for you.
